Homemade Sausages

All of our sausages are handmade in our commercial kitchen in Hurghada using only the finest ingredients possible.

We source all of our meat locally and know every last thing that goes into every sausage we make.

Our sausages are not cheap and never will be but we know they are the best you will possibly find in Hurghada and are comparable with artisan sausages you would buy in a farm shop in the UK or Europe.

We only sell our sausages either as part of our ready cooked food or vacuum packed and frozen for you to cook at home. We also do not sell our sausage meat as a separate product under any circumstances.

Homemade British pork sausages are a cherished staple of traditional British cuisine, offering a rich, hearty, and satisfying experience that embodies the essence of comfort food. By making our own sasuages this allows us to control the ingredients, ensuring quality and a personal touch.

The foundation of a great British pork sausage lies in the choice of meat. We opt for high-quality, fresh pork with a good balance of lean meat and fat, as the fat is essential for juiciness and flavor. Traditional cuts such as pork shoulder or belly are used. The fat content we use is around 20–30% to achieve the desired texture and taste. For an authentic flavour, seasoning plays a crucial role. A classic combination includes salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, and nutmeg. Some recipes also call for a hint of mace, which adds a warm, aromatic depth. 

We do not add rusk or fillers to any of our sausages.

We will be offering a range of flavours over the coming months including some unusual combinations alongside our traditional pork sausages.
