All of our food is freshly cooked and then blast frozen to ensure both quality of taste and texture.
Obviously some foods heat up better than others in different methods so we will list on each product the best way we have found to re-heat and keep the foods original taste and texture.
Please remember all timings and methods are how we have found is the best way to re-heat our food and timings will vary depending on the equipment that you have at home.
Microwaves are obviously the fastest way to heat up most food but are not always the best and especially for pastry based products.
