Pierogi z mięsem to jedno z najbardziej charakterystycznych i uwielbianych dań kuchni polskiej, które od lat cieszy się ogromną popularnością wśród wszystkich pokoleń. To danie łączy w sobie tradycję, smak i prostotę, idealnie wpisując się w rodzinne obiady i świąteczne uczty.

Ciasto na pierogi przygotowuje się z mąki, jajek, wody i szczypty soli, dzięki czemu jest elastyczne i łatwe do formowania. Ważne jest, aby było cienko rozwałkowane, by idealnie otulało farsz.
