All of our food is cooked using the best possible ingredients in a professional kitchen in Hurghada. Using both traditional recipies and recipies with a modern twist we aim to have a range of food to suit all tatses available in-store all of the time.
Every dish that leaves our litchen has been cooked using the freshest ingredients we can find in Hurghada. On days that we cook all food will be purchased frsh from the markets of Hurghada and cooked the same day ensuring that every dish is as fresh as possible.
When cooked each meal will be blast frozen in a commercial blast freezer to ensure the best possible taste which is not possible when frozen in home freezer.
Why Do We Use A Blast Freezer?
When you freeze food, the water inside crystallises into ice. The longer the freezing process takes, the larger the ice crystals can form. Larger ice crystals damage materials by causing phenomena like cell bursting, which affects the quality and flavour of foods.
Rapid freezing causes the formation of tiny crystals, which do minor damage and preserve food at a higher quality. Even more usefully, once the food is “blast frozen”, it can be moved into a standard freezer for longer-term storage.

We have 2 locations where you can collect our food from but our main location is in Fayrous opposite La Boutique Hotel where you will find our largest selection of food and and will be open at least 5 days per week Mon-Fri 11am to 7-00pm. It will also be open at weekends when we are in the office next door which we will publish on the website weekly.
Our 2nd location will be in Dahar near the passport office where we cook all of our food but this will be open for collection on a pre-arranged basis only.
Standard collection times from our shop in Fayrous will be between 10am and 7-00pm. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangment.
Our shop in Dahar will be available for collection on days where we are cooking fresh food. On these days there may be the option to collect food that has not yet been frozen (Call For Details)
At the moment we will accept payment in cash only or you canj pay by credit card or Instapay.
Although we will not offer discounts on large orders we will always have special offers on the website and for very large orders contact us for a wholesale price.
We will in the near future be offering delivery to apartments and also delivery using Talabat and 8Orders.
